Manly Pavilion Precinct is looking for passionate, hands-on Team Leaders and Supervisors to join our front-of-house team at The Espy and Las Palmas!

Located on the stunning Manly waterfront, Manly Pavilion Precinct is a high-volume hospitality venue known for great food, exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. As part of The Boathouse Group, we pride ourselves on creating welcoming spaces, delivering outstanding hospitality and bringing people together.

We’re looking for confident, motivated leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people and can keep service running smoothly when the venue is buzzing.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead, support and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service in a high-volume environment;
- Create a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for every guest;
- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring the venue runs smoothly and efficiently during busy service periods;
- Set the standard for service, presentation and professionalism on the floor;
- Coordinate team members and service priorities to maintain a seamless guest experience during peak periods;
- Support team training, onboarding and ongoing development;
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues with confidence and care;
- Ensure adherence to all relevant workplace health and safety requirements, RSA obligations, food safety standards and other regulatory and venue compliance requirements;




- Lead by example, fostering a positive, supportive and team-focused culture.

What we’re looking for

- Previous hospitality experience, with leadership or supervisory experience highly regarded;
- Experience working in a high-volume venue or fast-paced hospitality environment;
- A genuine passion for food, beverage and delivering exceptional guest experiences;
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong knowledge of hospitality compliance requirements, including RSA, food safety, workplace health and safety, and relevant workplace policies and procedures;

- The ability to lead by example, motivate a team and make confident decisions under pressure.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities during busy service periods.
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to get hands-on.

- A team-first mindset, with a willingness to support colleagues wherever needed.
