An opportunity has become available for an experienced person to join our large successful Company as a Tele Sales at our Wingfield Facility. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be required to utilise your administration and people skills on all day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Making high volume outgoing calls – Contacting existing Customers for their orders
- Providing information and upselling on products to customer orders
- Assisting with customer enquiries




- Data entry – Keying Customer orders
- Some Reception duties - taking in bound calls
- Other admin duties as required

Critical skills and experience required:

- Previous Tele Sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident and positive phone manner
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Computer literate with accurate data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational and administration skills

Monday to Friday - Full-time hours, through agency. Please note:Due to our strict biosecurity requirements, you must not have anybirds, pigs or poultryat home and be willing to maintain our quarantine policy and procedures.

A pre-employment medical, as well as a national criminal record check may be required as part of our recruitment process.
