2x Telehealth Registered Nurse Positions – Health Optimisation Clinic (100% Remote)

BIOV8 Clinics is a growing, medical-led telehealth service focused on personalised health optimisation, preventative care, and patient education. We are seeking 2 experienced Registered Nurses (AHPRA registered) to join our clinical team in full-time, permanent positions, working entirely remotely from home.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within an innovative and supportive environment that focuses on individualised treatment pathways, patient engagement, and ongoing care coordination.

About the Role

This position is primarily focused on post-consultation patient support and care coordination following medical practitioner appointments.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting post-doctor consultation follow-up calls to provide education and clarify next steps
- Supporting patients with treatment understanding, administration guidance, and general care coordination in line with prescribing doctor instructions
- Managing patient enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with clinical administration, documentation, and CRM management
- Monitoring and escalating patient concerns, side effects, or clinical queries to the medical team
- Supporting patients engaged in preventative health and wellbeing programs
- Collaborating closely with doctors, virtual assistants, and operational teams ensuring exceptional patient experiences
- Contributing to service quality improvement and patient experience initiatives





About You To be successful in this role you will have:

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in telehealth, primary care, health optimisation, or chronic disease support (desirable)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Confidence working in a fast-paced digital health environment
- Excellent organisational and documentation skills
- A proactive and patient-centred approach to care
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining highly collaborative
