Our client is a specialised service provider supporting organisations with customer account services. They are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to manage client portfolios, support account onboarding activities, and ensure a high standard of service delivery across a diverse customer base.This role works closely with internal operations, sales, and finance teams while maintaining strong relationships with customers and external suppliers. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services, resolving customer enquiries, and supporting ongoing business growth.

Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Support customer onboarding and implementation projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate the implementation of recent business opportunities with accuracy and attention to customer requirements.
- Maintain customer account structures and records within internal systems.
- Provide demonstrations and guidance on online customer platforms and services.




- Monitor and improve communication, reporting processes, and service delivery standards for clients.
- Handle customer enquiries, issues, and day-to-day account support requirements.
- Coordinate order processing, supplier communications, and claim resolution activities.
- Ensure agreed service levels are consistently achieved and maintained.
- Resolve customer concerns and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with finance teams regarding payment enquiries and collection activities.
- Provide support across the wider team to help achieve service and operational objectives.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate product information and contribute to the ongoing management of product databases.

Your Profile

- Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Customer Success, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed service standards.
- Experience supporting customer onboarding, implementation, or project coordination activities is highly regarded.
- Confidence working with systems, databases, and online platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Sales, Finance, and external stakeholders.
