Loreto Community Housing manages more than 3,300 social and affordable homes across Tasmania, with many new properties currently under construction. We combine professional tenancy management with a strong commitment to tenant wellbeing, community outcomes, and providing secure, secure, and affordable housing.

About the Role

As Team Leader, you will lead and support a team responsible for delivering high-quality tenancy management services while managing your own portfolio of tenancies.

You will bring a passion for customer service, strong leadership capability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with other Team Leaders and Managers across the organisation, you will play a key role in delivering positive outcomes for tenants and communities throughout Northern Tasmania.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, coaching, and supporting a small team of tenancy officers.
- Managing a portfolio of tenancies and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Contributing to the achievement of organisational objectives and service standards.
- Managing delegated financial authority.
- Representing the organisation in internal and external forums as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional tenancy and property management services and who enjoys supporting others to succeed.





To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Experience leading or supervising staff, ideally within social housing, community housing, public housing, or property management.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to customer service and achieving positive outcomes.
- The ability to balance operational priorities while supporting and developing a team.
