About the position - The Trainee Property Manager will undertake tenancy management, property inspections, maintenance coo-ordination, compliance administration and financial processes. This position offers the opportunity to learn in the role from experience property managers and develop skills to manage their own portfolio.

They handle all aspects of tenant management, from thorough screening and selection to lease preparation and rent collection, ensuring you have reliable tenants and steady income.

To be successful in this role, you will have/be:

- Driver's License
- Own transport preferable - the use of company vehicle for work use




- Ability to obtain a Police Clearance
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to learn

Qualification Description:This qualification reflects the role of real estate professionals who apply knowledge of real estate practice legal agency and compliance requirements, ethical standards and consumer preferences to conduct real estate functions. This qualification applies to people working in both residential and commercial property, including business broking, and stock and station transactions.

Nominal Duration:

This qualification has a set nominal duration of 24 months, this is the amount of time you need to be committed to, for successful completion of this qualification
