As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Transport Clerk to join our team based in Murarrie, QLD.

About the Role

Working closely with our Operations and Compliance teams, you'll play an significant role in supporting daily administrative tasks, recruitment coordination and employee onboarding.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment, including screening SEEK applications, conducting initial phone screenings and coordinating interviews.

- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.





- Support the National Safety and Compliance team in maintaining up-to-date employee records, licences and induction documentation.

- Provide general administrative support to the Operations team.

- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Office and Google Workspace.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

- Previous administration experience in a busy operational environment.

Highly regarded, but not essential:

- Previous experience in transport, logistics or a distribution centre.

- Experience supporting recruitment or employee onboarding.
