About the role
Reporting to the Franchise Partner and Store Manager, this role is perfect for someone who’s methodical, proactive, and enjoys working in a close
- environment. You will support our finance operations and helping us hit the pillow with peace of mind.

Key responsibilities
- Processing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations and general ledger entries
- BAS preparation and support
- Payroll support and superannuation lodgement
- Assisting with month-end processes
- Maintaining accurate financial records with a keen eye for detail




- Collaborating with internal departments and external partners (explicit communication is key) About you:
- Registered BAS agent status
- Proven bookkeeping experience (bonus points if it’s in retail or franchising)
- Cert IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting (or similar qualification)ac
- Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel
