We/'re currently looking for an Experienced F&I; Business Manager to join our Heartland Motors dealership. Our ideal candidate will have proven Finance and Insurance experience
- ideally within the automotive industry. To succeed in this position, you/'ll also need
- Exceptional customer service and people skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- The confidence to build and foster solid relationships Responsibilities In this role, you/'ll be responsible for introducing and selling our in-house Finance, Insurance and Warranty Products to customers.



You/'ll need exceptional negotiation skills throughout the sales process and the ability to work with all departments in our dealership to achieve results.
