ConsultANZ requires a Construction Project Manager for one of their clients based in Sydney. This is a permanent full-time position

Main Tasks:

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
- Interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
- Preparing tenders and contract bids.
- Supervise site personnel, subcontractors, plant and resources to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor compliance with WHS, environmental, quality and project requirements.
- Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
- Selecting tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
- Coordinate inspections, testing and reporting activities and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers and other stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Identify and resolve construction challenges while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and workmanship.

Requirements:





- 10+ years proven working experience in construction management in the foundation and construction industry.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
- Demonstrated experience managing piling, geotechnical or deep foundation construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of piling methodologies, soil conditions and foundation engineering principles.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.
- Relevant construction, engineering or related trade qualifications.
- First Aid, White Card and relevant site-based certifications (desirable)
