The Opportunity
Gorilla Jobs is seeking a Locum ED CMO In Charge to support Emergency Department night coverage on the Mid North Coast of NSW.
This role is ideal for an experienced ED doctor wanting a change of pace on the coast, with a supportive regional hospital setting and a short night shift block.
Night shifts run generally 22:30 to 08:30, with a short locum block available for upcoming dates, paid at $200 to $260 per hour. Escalation pathways are available when required.

Clinical Environment
• Emergency Department CMO In Charge role
• Assessment and management of Emergency Department presentations
• Support for patient flow and clinical decision-making
• Leadership across the shift where required
• Clinical documentation and handover
• Supportive ED team environment with escalation pathways available

Requirements
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Recent Emergency Medicine experience at CMO In Charge level
• Strong communication, leadership and clinical judgement
• Ability to work safely within scope and escalate appropriately
• Current CV, references and compliance documents as required
