Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily practice operations and ensure efficient workflows
- Lead, mentor and manage clinical and administrative staff
- Coordinate rostering, recruitment and staff development
- Monitor budgets, KPIs and overall practice performance
- Maintain high standards of patient care and compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
About You
- Previous Practice Manager experience required
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of dental practice operations
- Experience managing budgets, reporting and staff performance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, approachable and confident working independently
- Available to commence immediately or at short notice
