We are looking for an experienced White-Collar Construction and Engineering Recruitment Consultant to support an Australian recruitment agency with candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination, marketing, and business development activities.

This role is ideal for someone with recruitment agency experience who can support consultants by building talent pools, managing candidate databases, preparing candidate profiles, and promoting opportunities to candidates and clients.

You will work closely with the recruitment team to support active vacancies, maintain candidate engagement, assist with marketing campaigns, and identify potential business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Search databases and Seek Talent Search to identify and longlist suitable candidates for active vacancies
- Build and maintain candidate talent pools and recruitment databases
- Prepare candidate profiles, submission summaries, and marketing snapshots
- Write and post job advertisements and support job promotion activities
- Coordinate candidate interviews and conduct reference checks
- Create and distribute candidate and client email campaigns
- Support reverse marketing by presenting quality candidates to potential clients
- Create recruitment marketing materials and Canva graphics
- Assist with social media content and job advertisement promotion
- Monitor advertised roles on Seek to identify potential business development opportunities
- Add prospective clients to email campaigns and generate warm leads for recruitment consultants
- Identify potential client opportunities through candidate conversations and reference checks
- Support candidate engagement and review-generation activities
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on recruitment activities and KPIs

✅ 2+ years of recruitment agency experience
✅ Proven experience recruiting White-Collar Construction and Engineering roles
✅ Robust background in permanent recruitment (perm placements)
✅ Experience working in an agency recruitment desk environment




✅ Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
✅ Experience with candidate sourcing, database searches, longlisting, and talent pooling
✅ Familiarity with Seek Talent Search, job boards, and recruitment databases
✅ Experience preparing candidate profiles and coordinating interviews
✅ Strong written communication skills for job advertisements, email campaigns, and candidate marketing
✅ Experience with reference checks and candidate engagement
✅ Ability to support recruitment marketing through email campaigns, social media, and Canva
✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily and weekly KPIs
✅ Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with Australian recruitment consultants

Highly Desirable Experience

- Experience supporting Australian recruitment agencies
- Familiarity with Seek and recruitment ATS platforms
- Experience with candidate marketing and reverse marketing
- Exposure to business development support, prospect identification, or client outreach
- Experience creating marketing materials using Canva
- Understanding of recruitment agency workflows and candidate placement processes
