Our client , about 30 minutes from Bendigo, needs two labourers for at least four weeks — possibly longer — starting as soon as we find the right people. The work is simple: you'll be cleaning a paddock with a commercial vacuum on the back of a ute, sucking up rubbish. Move the ute, park, pick up rubbish with vacuum, move ute and repeat! That's it. No ditches, no shovels, no 20-kilo lifts. You'll finish the day tired from a day's work, not wrecked.

What you need:

- A manual driver's licence — the ute is a manual, so no licence, no job. And your own reliable transport to get out there. Public transport is not an option.
- A positive work ethic. Turn up at 7am, do the work properly, go home at 3pm.
- Weatherproof attitude. It's a paddock. Some days it'll be windy. Some days it'll be dusty. Some days it'll rain a bit, and some days it'll smell. If any of that bothers you,

this isn't your job and that's fine — but please don't apply and then discover it on day two.

What you get:

- $33.24 per hour plus super, paid weekly.
- Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm. Weekends are yours.
- At least four weeks of consistent, regular work with a good local business, and a strong chance of more if you're reliable.
- A reference from Fox Personnel that says "turned up every day", which is worth more than people think.

As previous employees that have done this role for us have found out, it has led to more work with Fox Personnel, pending successful completion and positive feedback from our client.

To apply, click Apply Now, or call the Bendigo office on 03 5441 2959. We'll be moving quickly.
