Our client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Canning Vale and are seeking Production Workers to join their team where you will be involved in producing products and trained to operate machinery in the manufacturing process.

You will be trained across the production process and machinery, with the right person having the opportunity to take on additional responsibility and progress into a Team Leader position as they develop within the business.

You will work in an interesting, friendly and family-oriented environment, where you will be trained to operate machinery for the manufacturing team. There are also opportunities for upskilling and growth opportunities into various areas of the business.

The roles will involve manual tasks involving the operation of a roto-molder which produces large plastic water tanks. You will need to be comfortable using basic hand or power tools such as a rattle gun for example. Also you will work in a small team so you will need to be a reliable team player with good communication skills.

Job Details

- Monday to Friday, 5am to 3:30pm - 48 hours per week
- $37.38/hr flat rate, with higher rates available for candidates who can demonstrate Leading Hand experience.
- Full training will be provided to successful candidates.

The candidates we are seeking will have the following:

- experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment
- a drivers license and reliable transport - able to start early mornings at 5am
- fit and healthy, able to perform manual tasks and use hand or power tools
- able to work in a high-temperature environment
- able to pass a drug & alcohol screening.
- a forklift license is desirable but not essential
