A clear picture of the chance
This is a long-term opportunity to join a small Australian team with the backing and support of an established international business. As the company grows its footprint across Australia, you’ll play a practical part in building a dependable local operation.
You’ll work closely with your colleagues and independently, taking ownership of your day-to-day responsibilities once you’re familiar with the products and processes.
For the first few years, the focus will remain on hands-on warehouse and assembly work, building product knowledge and keeping the operation running smoothly. As the Australian business expands, opportunities for broader responsibilities and career growth may develop, although there is no planned move into supervision or management during those initial years.
This will suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in getting the details right and wants to build a future with the business.
