TMR are seeking a permanent AO3 Operations Support Officer in Rockhampton on a part time basis to help deliver our vision of Connected communities in a sustainable, thriving and inclusive Queensland. We are looking for someone who makes insightful decisions, drives accountability and outcomes and builds enduring relationships.Some of your responsibilities will include:- Working as part of a small team and liaising with a range of stakeholders to ensure the efficient operations of the unit.- Delivering frontline customer service including investigating complaints and providing information and advice to customers and stakeholders.- Administering a range of passenger transport products, including exercising delegated authority to assess applications and determine outcomes in accordance with relevant legislation,
