Working alongside your team, you’ll lead by example - setting the benchmark in patient care while actively guiding clinicians through every stage of their growth./nYour impact will be seen in how you:/n/n- Navigate complex ECC cases with clarity, composure, and empathy/n- Coach and support veterinarians through case discussions, feedback, and in-the-moment teaching/n- Foster a culture where psychological safety and high performance go hand in hand/n- Develop and refine clinical protocols that reflect best practice/n- Help shape the hospital’s clinical direction in partnership with senior leadership/n/nYou’ll work closely with leadership on strategy and growth, while keeping your focus where it belongs: on people, patients,
