With a Grand renovation of the 1910 Heritage building about to be completed the Summit Restaurant & Bar located at the top of Mt Coot-tha is looking for restaurant staff, bar staff, floor staff and experienced managers to join the team.
The Summit Restaurant Brisbane encompasses an unprecedented outlook and open-air experience overlooking Brisbane's CBD, delivering a modern Australian themed food and beverage experience. We utilise our onside edible gardens, beehives and Indigenous food elements to make the menu completely unique.
The restaurant has had a complete renovation so you will be working in a brand new setting with a motivated team serving high quality food and beverages in our 200-seat restaurant, function spaces and deck.

To be suitable for the role you must be:
- Reliable, level-headed, punctual and organised.

- Have a drive to provide the best customer service possible
- Experience in hospitality is a must, restaurant service preferred
- Having your own transport is sought after but not essential
