Coreserve Australia is hiring an experienced warehouse and logistics coordinator to join our warehouse team: someone who already knows commercial catering and laundry equipment parts and is confident moving freight and stock every day.

You will be the person technicians, suppliers and couriers rely on to get the right part to the right place on time. You will be part of a small, close-knit team and work closely with colleagues across customer service and purchasing.

What you'll do

You will keep goods moving accurately and safely through our warehouse, from receiving to dispatch.

- Receive deliveries, check them against orders and record them accurately on the day they arrive

- Manage partial deliveries, back orders and returns so nothing is lost

- Book and coordinate couriers and freight, including interstate transfers, and track consignments through to delivery

- Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and on time

- Carry out regular stocktakes and cycle counts and keep stock records accurate

- Respond promptly to internal and customer enquiries about parts and stock

- Help keep product and supplier information accurate and up to date

- Keep the warehouse safe, clean and organised, and raise issues early

- Work with the wider team so that what is on the shelf matches our records

What you'll bring

We are looking for proven industry and logistics experience, not a general warehouse background.

- 3 or more years in a parts, warehouse or logistics role in commercial catering, refrigeration, HVAC, laundry or a similar equipment or trade supply business





- Robust parts knowledge: you can read a part number, cross-reference OEM and aftermarket equivalents, and spot the wrong part before it ships

- Working knowledge of freight and courier options, carrier booking, consignment tracking and interstate transfers

- Hands-on inventory control, including cycle counts, stocktakes and managing short or partial receipts

- Confident with technicians and trade customers: you understand what a job needs and how urgent it is

- Comfortable with inventory or job management software and accurate with data entry

- Current forklift licence (LF), or willingness to obtain one, and a valid driver's licence

- Ability to lift and handle equipment safely, with a strong safety mindset

- Full working rights in Australia

Nice to have

- Experience with an ERP, inventory or job management system
- A trade background (for example refrigeration, catering equipment or appliance servicing)

- Experience working with supplier catalogues and parts data

- Import, customs or dangerous goods handling awareness

- Experience guiding or training a small team
