- Fostering a positive and collaborative workshop environment, supporting team development, accountability and effective communication.
- Balancing supervisory responsibilities with hands-on technical involvement to ensure employees receive practical support throughout the working day.

What You Will Need:

- Relevant trade qualification and practical experience in fabrication, such as Boilermaking or Sheet Metal Fabrication.
- Demonstrated experience working with stainless steel, including an understanding of fabrication techniques and quality requirements.
- Previous experience in a workshop supervision, leading hand or similar leadership role, with the ability to coordinate and support a team.
