We are currently looking for workers to join our Community Participation Team. A variety of shifts are available supporting individuals located in the South-Western suburbs of Brisbane and the Ipswich Area.

Shifts by location:

- Inala - Thursday 9am - 1pm and Saturday (fortnight) 9am -1pm
- Forestlake - Tuesdays 9am - 12pm, Wednesdays 1pm - 4pm and Sunday (monthly) 9am - 2pm
- Westlake - Friday 9:30am - 1:30pm (Midazolam training required)
- Corinda - Tuesday 11:30am - 2:30pm and Wednesday 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Key Requirements:

- 1+ years experience in Disability Support or Aged Care, or transferrable skills
- Able to provide transport
- Experience in personal care or willing to learn
- Ability to engage in conversation and build relationships
- Adaptable and able to work a variety of shifts across the week

Staff rates:

- Monday to Friday 6am to 8pm shift - $39.50 per hour
- Monday to Friday 8pm - 6am shift - $44.24 per hour




- Saturday - $55.30 per hour
- Sunday - $71.10 per hour
- Public Holidays - $86.90 per hour

Applicant Requirements or willing to obtain:

- Driver's License and own vehicle
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’
- Criminal History checks
- Rights to work in Australia
- Midazolam training for Shifts in Westlake
