The Opportunity

Your Solution Compounding Pharmacy is looking for a Part-Time E-Commerce Dispatch Technician to help get orders packed accurately, dispatched on time, and safely on their way to our patients.

This is an active, hands-on role for someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in getting things right, and can keep pace when the orders roll in.

No pharmacy experience? No problem.

We’ll teach you our processes. You bring the attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

The Setup:

- Part-Time (Monday, Tuesday & either Wednesday or Thursday)
- An active role involving standing, lifting, and repetitive packing tasks
- A structured environment with clear procedures, priorities, and expectations
- Training and support to help you build confidence in the role

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

- Picking, packing, and preparing e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
- Checking order details, packaging, and dispatch labels in line with established procedures.
- Identifying discrepancies and raising them with the appropriate team member before dispatch.




- Preparing shipments and coordinating with the team to meet daily dispatch deadlines.
- Keeping your workspace organised, clean, and safe.
- Working closely with pharmacists and operational teams to keep orders moving smoothly.
