About the role

This position combines hands-on barista work with the opportunity to supervise. You will prepare high-quality coffee consistently during peak periods, deliver warm, friendly customer service, support smooth daily operations including customer flow and cleanliness, work a mix of opening shifts, closing shifts, and Saturday shifts, communicate clearly with team members and assist with problem-solving, and learn and take on shift-supervisor responsibilities with training and support.

About you

- Strong barista experience (or fast learning ability with the right attitude)

- A calm, positive presence during busy shifts

- Initiative and confidence to step up when needed

- A team-first mindset and great communication skills

- Reliability, maturity, and pride in their work

- Flexibility to work early starts, late finishes, and weekends as part of the roster

- A strong work ethic and the reliability to support our rapid-paced, high-standard team
