On offer is an excellent opportunity to join an established, national Australian business in a varied Financial Accountant role, working closely with the Finance Director and gaining broad exposure across the finance function.

This is an prospect to join a collaborative and supportive finance team in a hands-on Financial Accountant role, providing key support to the Financial Controller across financial reporting, compliance and day-to-day finance operations.

You will be responsible for assisting with monthly financial reporting, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, preparing bank and intercompany reconciliations, assisting with cash flow reporting and forecasting,



and supporting statutory compliance requirements including BAS.

The role will also involve online banking payments, corporate credit card reconciliations, expense management, fixed asset records and identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.

About you

You are a qualified or part-qualified CA/CPA with 2-5 years+ in accounting with strong experience in month-end accounting and balance sheet reconciliation. Ideally, with exposure to ERP and payroll

Regardless, you will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
