Roles and Responsibilities:





- 10+ years’ experience in designing, developing, implementing OpenText Extended ECM Products (Content Server, Archive Center, Directory Services, Blazon, Brava) and SAP Data Archiving with proven experience in various project life cycle stages.

- Design and develop live reports, web reports for customizing the client requirements

- Development of various widgets, Search API reports which was exposed as custom API for various leading front-end applications.

- Installation and configuration of Extended ECM components like Content Server, Archive Center, Directory Services, Brava

- Worked as Technical Business Analyst for few migration projects in requirement gathering followed by development activities

- Migration of large volumes of documents from legacy applications like Kondo Insoft, Lotus Notes etc. to OpenText ECM applications.

- Expertise in Search & Index Administration, Facets, Categories, Classification, RSI etc.

- Responsible for ensuring the retention policies are taken care of and well maintained for the application data by means of Records Management and Disposition functionalities

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, fast learner and driven to action.

- Great Attention to detail.

- Good skills in personal work organization and time management.

- Drive for continuous improvement.

- Demonstrated experience in resolving issues with minimal guidance.

- Ability to understand user needs and meet the needs through well designed programs.

- Experience in handling technical debt.

- Able to provide improvement suggestions related to processes and team performance.

Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
