Merchandiser / Sales Support

McIntosh & Son, Wongan Hills are seeking a Merchandiser / Sales Support to join the team.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated person with an eye for detail, who is friendly, systematic and organised.

Key responsibilities

- Receiving and checking the arrival of inventory supplies, freight forwarders and local suppliers
- Safely operate and conduct vehicle checks of the company delivery vehicle
- Delivery of parts to internal and external customers providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain all delivery documentation
- Picking and packing orders for despatch, using the appropriate computer operating system
- Recording product quality issues
- Participating in stocktakes
- General Warehouse duties

About you

- Excellent communication skills, customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a medium warehouse workplace is desirable
- You understand the benefits of safety and like to work in a safe manner at all times




- Ability to prioritise competing demands and maintain a sense of urgency
- High accuracy and low error rates in counting, recording and data entry of parts information
- Current and driver's licence – C Class Manual (essential)
