ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our Factorie Marketing team as an Ecommerce Merchandise Specialist and play a key role in driving online growth and performance. We're looking for a commercially minded, results-driven qualified who thrives on turning insights into action. In this role, you'll optimise product ranges, stock levels, website presentation, and online merchandising strategies to maximise sales and gross profit across our ecommerce channel.

Using your expertise in sales forecasting, trade analysis, and web data insights, you'll identify opportunities, drive performance, and help deliver an exceptional online shopping experience. You'll monitor trading results, report on key metrics, and make informed decisions that directly impact business success. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in a similar Ecommerce/Merchandise role with a passion for building a career in Ecommerce
Studies in Digital, Ecommerce or Finance would be beneficial to support future development
Previous experience in stock/site management and stock reporting (GA, Qlikview)
Experience working with general website/customer navigation would advantageous




Strong organisational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
Problem solver and results driven with a high level of attention to detail
