About Us

Our client is a well-established supplier of industrial equipment and manufacturing solutions, supporting customers across a wide range of industries throughout Australia. They are seeking a customer-focused Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team on an initial contract basis, with a strong possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Internal Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting customers and managing day-to-day sales administration activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales support experience who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment.

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Provide product information, pricing,



stock availability and lead time updates
- Prepare quotations and accurately process customer orders
- Follow up on outstanding orders and customer requests
- Assist with customer complaints, returns and credit enquiries
- Support warehouse operations with order checking, packing and dispatch activities as required
- Assist with light assembly and packaging of products to meet operational requirements
- Maintain accurate records and provide high-quality customer service

Your Profile

- Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, sales support or order processing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
- Warehouse or inventory exposure will be highly regarded
