We’re recruiting experienced Support Workers to support people with complex needs across 24/7 rosters in the Adelaide Hills. If you’re reliable, professional, and passionate about quality care, we want you.

Applicants must have a minimum of 6–12 months’ experience in NDIS support work and valid work rights in Australia. Complex needs support includes behavioural support, medical care tasks and personal care assistance.

Requirements

- Experience supporting clients with complex needs (essential)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Cert IV or other relevant disability qualification preferred)
- Reliable transport

This role is not suitable for entry-level applicants.
