- Annual Salary: AUD $80,000–$85,000 plus superannuation
- Commencement: Successful applicants must be available to start within four weeks.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Assist with menu preparation, food planning, and daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Monitor food supplies, minimise waste, and assist with stock control.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.




- A minimum of 12 months' experience working in a busy restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is required.
- Demonstrated cooking skills and knowledge of commercial kitchen operations.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- A commitment to food quality, consistency, and high hygiene standards.
- Availability to commence employment within four weeks.
