About the role

Tesselaar is looking for a hands-on Receivals and Market All Rounder to join our team at Belmont on a short-term, full-time contract. You’ll be responsible in ensuring our beautiful product is received, processed and stored efficiently, and then out on the Market floor to sell to customers. This is not a desk job, you’ll be on your feet, lifting buckets, moving stock and keeping the cool room fresh. Whilst also being the person who keeps the numbers accurate in our system.

What you’ll be doing

Receivals and operations

- Receive and process all incoming product.
- Enter incoming purchase orders into the Wiise system promptly and accurately
- Make sure pre-orders are filled and Market floor stock keeps flowing
- Keep stock control spot on se we hit our service level targets
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and ready for action
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
- Help us hit our KPIs, cost outcomes and safety targets

Market support

- Keep the Market floor well stocked, accurate and top quality
- Keep the cool room clean, tidy, safe and presentable: clear empty buckets, check stock quality and make sure stock is priced correctly
- Label pre-orders accurately and place them in the right area
- Move stock efficiently to the Market floor for customers to buy
- Carry out stock takes and adjust stock in Wiise




- Help with customer queries and orders when needed

Safety and quality

- Look after yourself and your colleagues, physically and mentally
- Follow safe work practices, manage waste and hold high quality standards
- Raise and help investigate non-conforming processes or product

You might be our person if you:

- Are confident with IT systems and pick up current software quickly (warehouse management or stock systems experience is a plus)
- Have some warehouse or receivals experience, ideally in FMCG, fresh produce or a cold-chain environment
- Hold a current driver’s licence
- Know your way around health and safety and safe work practices
- Have an eagle eye for detail and accuracy
- Are a self-starter who can make quick decisions in a high-volume environment
- Communicate clearly and put customers and teammates first

A note on the physical side

This role is active: long periods on your feet, frequent heavy lifting and plenty of repetitive movement, mixed with focused, detail-driven computer work. If you like to keep moving, you’ll fit right in.
