Summary:

As a Case Worker in Cooma, New South Wales, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families in need of social care services. This part-time contract position requires a compassionate and dedicated skilled who can assess client needs, develop care plans, and facilitate access to resources. Your work will directly contribute to improving the wellbeing of the community and ensuring that vulnerable populations receive the support they require.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored care plans.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources.
- Collaborate with other social care professionals and community organisations to coordinate services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with organisational policies and privacy legislation.

Qualifications:

- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Clearance.
