RSL Queensland is seeking a Wellbeing Practitioner to support veterans and their families through trauma-informed, strengths-based case management. You’ll assess needs, develop practical support plans and coordinate health, housing, financial and community services to help clients achieve better wellbeing.
You’ll manage an active caseload, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and build trusted relationships with clients and service partners to navigate complex systems.
