Our clients have an ongoing need for systems engineering expertise across Defence capability programs. We’re building a pool of talented people so we’re ready when the next requirement lands. We’re a small, experienced team where the people with the expertise are the ones doing the work. You’ll have direct access to clients, real ownership of your outcomes, and colleagues who have spent careers on Defence platforms. About you:
• Systems Engineering qualifications and 8+ years’ experience across the capability lifecycle
• Existing or reinstatable Australian Defence clearance (NV1 or higher)
• Hands-on systems engineering experience across requirements, architecture, design,



integration and verification
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across ADF, APS and industry
