- Provide evidence-based clinical services including detailed medication reconciliation, inpatient chart reviews, and therapeutic drug monitoring.
- Participate in consultant ward rounds and work cooperatively within a comprehensive multidisciplinary team.
- Utilise the SHPA ClinCAT framework for objective practice evaluation and structured clinical progression. Access dedicated Career development Leave and financial allowances to support post-graduate education.
- Provide foundational clinical education and operational supervision to students and pharmacy assistants.
