- Supportive practice team and experienced GP colleagues Position Type Locum Full-Time Locum Dates 1 February 2027 to 26 March 2027 Practice Information This practice is a friendly, established mixed-billing general practice currently supported by two doctors. The practice is seeking a locum General Practitioner to provide coverage while one of its doctors is on maternity leave. The successful GP will have the opportunity to work within an established practice with an existing patient base and experienced support team. Position Description The successful candidate will:
- Provide comprehensive general medical care to patients
- Manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions
- Provide preventative healthcare and health assessments
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and patient records
- Work collaboratively with practice staff and other healthcare providers




- Provide patient-centred care in accordance with Australian general practice standards Qualifications and Experience
- Fellowed General Practitioner (FRACGP or FACRRM)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Eligible to work as a GP in Australia
- Appropriate Medicare provider number eligibility
- Current professional indemnity insurance
- Previous Australian general practice experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
