Based at our Huntingwood, NSW site, you’ll lead a production team to consistently deliver world-class manufacturing outcomes. You’ll take ownership of people, processes, and materials, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, safety, and motivation targets are met. You’ll be hands-on in driving improvements, troubleshooting issues, and embedding Asahi’s high standards across every shift.

This is a leadership role within a 3 day, 12-hour shift in a 24/7 manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the production plan each shift, optimising throughput, schedule adherence, and product quality.
- Lead and develop your team, managing performance, training, and the yearly people cycle to build capability.
- Own product and process quality in your area, maintaining GMP and HACCP standards at all times.
- Control labour and operational costs, manage overtime, and drive cost-efficient operations.
- Champion continuous improvement, implementing change initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and operational excellence.

About You:





- Proven experience leading engaged teams in compliance-driven manufacturing operations, ideally within Food, Pharmaceutical, Beverages or FMCG
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, HACCP, LEAN and safety-focused manufacturing principles and frameworks.
- Solid people management skills, you are a hands-on problem solver, can make decisions and adjust your communication style to suit relevant stakeholders and ensure comprehension
