We’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to help design, build and operate secure, scalable software that supports high-quality financial services.

This is a hands-on senior engineering role where you’ll work across full-stack development, cloud engineering,



DevOps and operational excellence, while providing technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers.

You’ll work with modern .NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript and AWS technologies, and have the opportunity to use approved AI-assisted engineering tools and contribute to AI and LLM-enabled solutions where they can deliver measurable value.

If you enjoy solving complex technical problems, improving engineering practices and collaborating across Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Security and business teams, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What you’ll be doing

- Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable and maintainable full-stack applications, services, APIs and databases.
- Apply strong engineering principles, including SOLID principles, design patterns, secure coding and automated testing.
- Design and operate AWS cloud solutions with a focus on reliability, scalability, observability, security and cost efficiency.
- Use infrastructure as code and CI/CD to automate secure and repeatable software delivery.
- Support production environments, including incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and operational improvements.
- Use approved AI coding and engineering tools responsibly to improve productivity and contribute to AI-enabled solutions.
- Drive engineering quality through automated testing, peer reviews, documentation, observability and continuous improvement.
- Identify and manage technical debt while maintaining agreed architecture and engineering standards.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor engineers throughout the software develop
