You’ll own the owned-channel ecosystem across email and loyalty, delivering personalised, data-driven communications that deepen engagement and drive CLTV. You'll design full-funnel lifecycle journeys by region and persona, manage end-to-end email campaigns, optimise automated flows, and evolve the Loyalty Program with targeted campaigns and exclusive perks.
