- Keeping daily transport admin running smoothly across the network

- Managing manifests and making sure freight is dispatched and delivered accurately

- Tracking freight movements and jumping on any delays before they become problems

- Keeping customers in the loop with timely, helpful updates

- Coordinating fleet maintenance, servicing, and compliance schedules

- Supporting the Fleet Controller with driver compliance and daily operations

- Pitching in across the team during busy periods because that is just what positive teammates do

- Spotting ways to do things better and helping make them happen
