About the Role
We have a great opportunity for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our Summit Homes South West team.
In this wide-ranging role, you'll play an important part in supporting our Sales and Administration teams, helping to keep our clients' building journeys moving smoothly from the initial sale through to contract signing.
You'll be responsible for processing new sales, reviewing documentation, assisting with contract preparation and coordinating finance approvals, surveys and other requirements. You'll also maintain accurate job records, track key milestones and work closely with Sales Consultants and other departments to ensure everything progresses efficiently.
Working in a busy and collaborative environment, you'll be someone the team can rely on to keep things organised, follow up on outstanding information and help resolve issues along the way.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a valued part of our South West team, where your attention to detail, initiative and ability to keep things moving will make a real difference.
About You
You're a natural organiser who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting the details right and thrives in an environment where there's always something happening.
You'll bring previous experience in administration or sales support, ideally within residential construction or a related industry. You're confident managing competing priorities, comfortable working to deadlines and enjoy building positive relationships with the people around you.
We're looking for someone who can bring:
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Initiative, problem-solving skills and the confidence to take ownership of tasks.
Experience with Business Craft or residential building contracts would be an advantage, but it's your positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to keep things on track that will really set you apart.
Above all, you're someone who enjoys being part of a team, is happy to lend a hand and takes satisfaction in knowing your work contributes to a great experience for our clients.
