We are partnering with an exciting client who are seeking an experienced End-to-End Accountant to join a collaborative finance team and take ownership of the full accounting function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clear interpretation of actual results, key drivers and implications for future financial performance.
- Manage and maintain accurate accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations, with a robust understanding of variance analysis.
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure financial results are recorded in line with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy and reporting outcomes.
- Work collaboratively across Finance teams to continuously improve the speed and automation of financial data capture, reconciliations, reporting,



analysis and insight generation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the broader finance and accounting function.

About You:

- CPA/CA qualification – ideally qualified.
- 5+ years’ accounting experience – particularly in commercial/corporate environments.
- Strong month-end experience – including reporting, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
- Variance analysis & financial reporting – able to interpret results and explain key drivers.
- Financial controls & accounting standards – strong technical accounting foundation.
