We are seeking a reliable, hands-on and highly organised Maintenance Technician / Employee to upkeep, service, repair, paint a portfolio of private assets.

This wide-ranging role includes maintaining homes, properties, commercial properties, and grounds, ensuring all assets are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate servicing, maintenance and repairs to homes, properties and commercial assets

- Property maintenance, and repairs

- Lawn mowing, gardening and grounds maintenance when required

- Undertake repairs and general handyman duties

- Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules

- Ensure homes are guest-ready and well maintained

- Assist with electrical, plumbing and general maintenance works where suitably qualified or experienced

About You

- Practical, hands-on and handy with electrical tools, wood working, plastering, painting.

- Able to work independently and work at multiple locations





- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

- Excellent problem-solving and hands on

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Experience in a similar caretaker, estate management, maintenance or asset management role is highly desirable

- Trade qualifications like carpentry, painting , brick laying, plastering, gardening, will be highly regarded
