We are looking for a National Office Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Kewdale, Perth.

Primary responsibilities:

- Organising domestic and interstate travel arrangements

- Greeting clients, visitors and guests at the National Head Office

- Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments

- Providing administrative support to the national office and wider business

- Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing meeting spaces

- Managing general office administration, including stationery orders, printing and maintaining office supplies

- Assisting with day-to-day office operations to ensure the smooth running of the national office

- Confident, self-motivated,



professional and approachable

- Quick to pick up new programs and systems

- Computer literate with excellent data entry and typing skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Detail-oriented with robust organisational and time management skills

- A solid team player who can manage competing priorities

- Polished presentation and a professional phone manner
