The old school building sales rep is a dying breed. Buyers have moved on.

Today's buyer has already researched ten builders before they ever walk into a display home. They don't want a pushy rep pushing one brand. They want someone independent who can compare builders side by side, tell them the truth about what fits their block and their budget, and walk them through the whole process from land to handover.

That is what House and Land Co does. We are not a building company. We are an independent design and build advisory that works with a panel of Perth builder partners, and our team is growing quick.

We are looking for our next sales and marketing specialist to grow with us.

What the role looks like

You will guide clients from first enquiry through to a signed build contract with one of our builder partners. Land, design, budget, finance referrals, the lot. You will build your own pipeline, your own network and your own name in the industry, backed by our systems, our leads and our training.

A big part of this role is personal brand. You will be on camera, on social media, and in front of referral partners. If the idea of being the face of your own business excites you, keep reading. If it terrifies you, this is not the role.

What we are looking for

- Proven experience in sales, ideally in building, land or property

- Practical building industry knowledge,



enough to read a site plan, understand a spec and spot a problem before the client does

- Confident on camera and happy to film content regularly

- Strong across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn

- Hands on with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to work faster and smarter

- Self driven, organised and comfortable building your own book of business

- A genuine team player. Selfless enough to pick up a teammate who is having a rough week, because someone will do the same for you

- Hungry to work hard, play hard, and give and take a bit of banter
