Customer Service Representative - Heavy Fleet - Richlands

United Forklift and Access Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our service operations in Brisbane QLD. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our customers' equipment is maintained, repaired, and serviced efficiently, while delivering exceptional customer support across the business.

There will be a strong focus on maintaining and enhancing customer relationships across the heavy truck rental, sales, and aftermarket business, working closely with internal teams to support customer needs and drive positive outcomes.

As the exclusive Cat® lift truck dealer in Australia, and a trusted partner of Konecranes and Haulotte, United Forklift and Access Solutions proudly supports customers nationwide with reliable equipment, expert service, and genuine care.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, issue, and follow up equipment repair quotations to achieve acceptance
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, delivering high-quality service outcomes
- Maintain regular customer contact to build and strengthen long-term relationships
- Assist across service teams with day-to-day operational support
- Accurately record and document customer enquiries, quotations, and service activity
- Support Service Department business development initiatives

Essential Criteria





- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional presentation and approach
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales
- Knowledge of material handling equipment
- Current "C" Class Driver's Licence
- Proven ability to meet targets and achieve results
- Experience across service functions
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)
