About the role

Premed Senior College is a newly registered independent school offering Pre-SACE and SACE Stage 1 & 2 programs. We are seeking a visionary and experienced Principal to lead the school through its establishment phase and guide its long-term development. This full-time (or part-time) position commences Term 1, 2027 or earlier by negotiation.

What you will be doing

- Providing strategic leadership to build the school’s academic and operational foundations

- Leading curriculum implementation across Pre-SACE and SACE faculties

- Recruiting, mentoring and managing a growing teaching team

- Fostering a positive, inclusive and high-performance school culture

- Ensuring compliance with ESB, SACE and all relevant education standards

- Engaging with parents and stakeholders to build strong school-community partnerships

What we are looking for

- Proven experience as a Principal or senior educational leader

- 3–5 years of leadership experience, ideally with school establishment or improvement





- Strong knowledge of SACE curriculum and contemporary pedagogy

- Excellent communication and team leadership skills

- Commitment to innovation, student wellbeing and continuous improvement

- SA teacher registration
