What You’ll Do

- Perform Structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla Model S, Model X, and Model 3 vehicles in accordance with Tesla-specific Repair procedures

- Use Celette Frame Jigs for setting New Structural Components

- Glue, Rivet, and Weld structural components being replaced

- Repair exterior cosmetic panels via Metal Finishing and body filler

- Replace all parts associated with collision repair including body panels, suspension parts, vehicle structure, Radiators, Airbags and Trim

- Proficient in MIG Welding

- Follow Standards and work in Teams

What You’ll Bring

- 3+ years’ experience as an automotive collision repair Technician

- Excellent attitude and enjoys working with others in teams

- Neat and organized work habits

- I-CAR Australia Welding certification is a plus

- Knowledge and experience with aluminum repairs and procedures





- Proficient in MIG welding

- Experience with heavy damage/structural repairs on prestige vehicles

- Certificate in Collision/ Body Repair and maintenance is a plus

- Valid Driver’s License and a valuable driving record

- Capable of reading and comprehending automotive repair procedure

- Strong knowledge of PPE and safe practices

- Strong written and verbal English skills

- Self starter with a team player attitude

- Hands on problem solving skills and analytical thinking

This position is based on a contracted 38 hours per week. $50 - $65ph based on experience + Tesla equity!
