About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, and with supportive team members, you'll lead and deliver marketing initiatives across our clinic network, with a strong focus on local area marketing, community engagement, referral development and brand awareness. You'll work closely with our practice teams, leadership and corporate services team to develop targeted marketing activities that increase client enquiries, strengthen GP and allied health referral relationships and support sustainable growth. The role will also contribute to business development through tender writing, proposal development and the creation of compelling marketing and corporate collateral. This is a hands on position offering a mix of strategic planning, creative execution, relationship building and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement targeted local marketing plans for individual clinic locations

- Build and maintain relationships with GPs, medical centres, allied health providers and community organisations

- Coordinate GP engagement activities, practice visits and referral initiatives

- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, print and community channels

- Coordinate social media, website content, local SEO and Google Business Profiles

- Create engaging marketing collateral, brochures, presentations and promotional materials

- Coordinate and contribute to tender submissions, requests for proposals (RFPs) and expressions of interest (EOIs)

- Prepare compelling written proposals,



capability statements and business development presentations

- Monitor marketing performance, referral activity, enquiries and campaign effectiveness

- Track marketing expenditure and return on investment

About you

- Proven experience in marketing management, local area marketing or community engagement

- Strong relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills

- Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results

- Excellent written communication, copywriting and content development skills

- Experience in tender writing, proposal development or preparing professional business submissions

- Sound knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO and website management

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

- Experience coordinating external agencies, creative suppliers and marketing budgets

- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between clinic locations

- Previous marketing experience within psychology, medical, allied health or healthcare organisations is highly desirable
